The next step of the ERM process is to perform a set of management-selected deep dives, which are in-depth reviews of specific risks or risk-areas identified as a part of our initial risk management efforts. This process intends to provide functional risk owners and accountable parties a more deliberate evaluation of a select risk/risk area to better identify potential mitigation and supporting activities.
